ITPC-MENA’s 2025 Annual Report highlights efforts to improve access to medicines, strengthen community-led advocacy, and reinforce community participation in health decision-making across the MENA region. This report evaluates the FORSS project, which aims to strengthen community engagement in the HIV response across five MENA countries. It reviews training, community-led monitoring of healthcare access, advocacy and support for vulnerable populations during COVID-19. It confirms the value of these observatories and recommends strengthening their sustainability, partner coordination and use of data to improve access to care.
