Terms of Reference for Audiovisual Agency for Global Summit 2025
ABOUT ITPC-MENA
ITPC-MENA is a regional non-governmental organization operating in the Middle East and North Africa region bringing together a network of community activists united by our vision of a longer, healthier, more productive life for people living with HIV and/or HCV. ITPC-MENA’s mission is to enable communities in need, to access HIV, HCV and TB treatment. ITPC-MENA was formed in 2010 as a project of Association de Lutte Contre le Sida (ALCS) and has been officially registered as an independent organization in 2015.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
ITPC-MENA is currently organizing the 3rd Global Summit on Intellectual Property and Access to Medicines. The Global Summit is a major international conference that will take place 12-15 March 2025. Ninety (90) people are expected to attend this 4-day event with four working languages and two (2) plenary rooms and 1 breakout room. ITPC-MENA is seeking a designer or design agency to provide graphic design and logistics support for the Global Summit.
Duration of Consultancy
- March 1 to 30 June 2025
Required audiovisual services
- Design new logo for GSIPA2M Marrakesh and building off the established identity for the event.
- Graphic design of goodies: i.e. bags, T-shirts
- Graphic design for background and other conference room decoration
- Design agenda layout
- Liaise with audiovisual agency, printer and conferencing staff
Education & Experience Requirements for audiovisual services
- Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design and event coordination
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and event coordination
- Knowledge of graphic design tools
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality services based on the needs of the client
- Experience organizing events of up to 100 participants
- Experience working with civil society and/or international agencies a plus;
- Must be Morocco-based, a Marrakech-based consultant is preferred;
- Fluency in French required, and English appreciated
